Give Us Your Best Shot

Give Us Your Best Shot is an all-photographic exhibition at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Ana, CA. An extremely wide variety of photographic styles are represented in the exhibition, as well as photo-based installation work and video. Our four jurors, Susan Spiritus, Kirk Pedersen, Gina Genis and Jeff T. Alu pondered 673 images, and chose 70 images for the exhibition. In addition, another 13 pieces were curated by invitation into the exhibition, creating a very balanced grouping of emerging and professional photographers. "Give Us Your Best Shot" is a wonderland of imagery, exploring both formal and conceptual realms, revealing new and unique perspectives in styles ranging from realism to abstraction.
