Since elemantary school Cash and Rome were thick as thieves. They started out young in the game and climbed their way to the top by earning respect and instilling fear. After a death in his family, Cash is devastated and emotionally breaks down. He and his bestfriend over come the obstacles the game threw their way. Death, betrayal, and millions of dollars later, Cash and Rome form a street team to takeover the West Philadelphia drug trade. As the drama continues to surface Cash realizes he wants out and living the way he has for years wont allow him to survive much longer. His organization gets the attention of the Feds and with a dedicated veteran special agent on his tail, Cash knows its time to change his life.
