A Grammar of Errors: Rules for Advanced German Learners of English

A description and discussion of mistakes made in English by advanced German learners at university level. Grammar rules are presented as simply and concisely as possible to serve as an aid in teaching and learning the language. The data comes from German learners but most of the problems discussed are also typical of learners with other native languages.
