ANSI®, Measurement Basics, & the Power of Price-Per-Square-Foot is a seven hour real estate appraisal elective course.This is a course on estimating gross living area, a review of the ANSI® Guideline, and providing a better understanding the overall influence of price-per-square-foot on the home valuation process. This course focuses on teaching the “art” of measuring residential square footage and was developed in cooperation between the Institute of Housing Technologies, LLC and Hignite Real Estate and Appraisal School.
