People think that they do not have the experience or knowledge to start a small business. In this book we try to change that thinking by helping you understand that every one is actually a small business. As a partner in a small accounting firm I encountered many clients that had the will and determination to be independent, but needed a basic reference guide to start with, with along with simple examples they could refer to. What I noticed was that entrepreneurs were often very unprepared or miss informed as to the procedures and costs associated with starting and running a business which often led to costly mistakes. This is a basic guide to help answer many questions a self starter will have along with real life scenarios of mistakes that many self starters made costing them dearly in lost business and money. This book was used as an alternative to costly hourly counseling visits for our clients.
