Pump themn up or put them down: What do you communicate?

What you communicate and how you do it are very important not only in the home setting but at school,work and your social life. In this book, I try to address the many facets of communication from yelling at high school referees, coaching, church, and media.My opinions come from personal experience. It is meant to help build our ability to say what we mean and mean what we say. Do not even get me started on communicating with teenagers. It is a mystery to us all. I give some useful ideas that have worked for me to minimize the generation gap. So Pump them up or Put them down is all about how we talk, use body language, and gestures to tell others how we feel, what we want and what we think. It is all about establishing relationships with better understanding and belief in ourselves.
