Singing to the Seagulls: Memoirs of a Free Spirit

Much enthusiasm for life, there was good proof of that. In my 70’s, and looking back on my life, I realize I have nearly done it all. I have been a chronic adventurer, having circled the world in a tall ship, being Sterling Hayden’s 1st mate on his schooner in the South Seas and sailing my own schooner on a 4000-mile odyssey to Tahiti. Later in life, I was to be everything from a corporate executive, published author and licensed commercial boat captain to a limo driver, car rental employee, bus driver and boatyard worker. Because of this diverse life, many of my friends have urged me to write a book of memoirs.
