Ergentics: A New Stage in the Development of Planet Earth

In his book Heinrich Vakhlakov, a renown Russian scientist describes an Ergentor - a device, capable of producing energy from nowhere. The book contains all the electrical schemes, required to produce such a device. What is it a hoax? Probably not as no one has yet proven that the Ergentor does not work, all the theoretical parts are in place. The mankind needs new, clean energy sources and the author has discovered one.
