The book is a collection of poems written over a course of time by the author, touching numerous themes, seasons, and emotions. Not restricted to the common themes of love and separation, the poems also give insight about the darkness of being a writer. Far from a quick browse through, the book must be read slowly and savored as each poem is well construed and thought of. Also, in between the lines, the poet has narrated semiautobiographical incidences. The poet has poured his own personal struggle, clearly reflected in the dark theme. However, as is evident from the poems, the poet’s turnaround in personal life is reflected in the glimpses and shimmers of hope.
