Highways, railroads and dams in Communist Occupied Russia were all constructed with slave labor and paid for with low interest American loans. Citrus growing in Red China was developed with slave labor and paid for with U.S. tax dollars. Communist Occupied Ethiopia's military was armed and uniformed and trained with money from low interest American loans. Communist Chinese universities were subsidized with U.S. tax dollars. Moscow's World Trade Center was paid for with low interest American loans. Steel plants in Communist Occupied China were paid with U.S. tax dollars. Machine tools for the Urus truck factory in Communist Occupied Poland was paid for with low interest American loans. Mexico extended a $55 million line of credit to Communist Occupied Cuba. They used money loaned to them by the U.S. -- at little or no interest! China in turn used borrowed American tax dollars and loaned millions to Communist Occupied Nicaragua and Communist Occupied Yugoslavia! Since 1956, American taxpayers have unknowingly provided the Yugoslavian tyranny with almost half its national income. Between 1981 and 1983 alone the Export-Import Bank gave $250 million in loans to this slave-labor dictatorship. Yugoslavia using U.S. dollars started its own foreign aid program to help prop up other Red dictatorships and to assist terrorists in overthrowing non-Communist governments. Representative Toby Roth revealed on January 8, 1988: "The West is supplying the Soviet Bloc roughly $1 billion every month in new loans. Every day, Western commercial banks send $33 million to the Soviet Bloc." Communist Occupied Romania grabbed a $230 million bonanza courtesy of the Export-Import Bank. The United States and other Western nations were Communist Occupied China's source of loans totaling more than $4 billion in 1986 alone. This oppressive police state (as well as all the others) made no secret of how they perceive the United States. They're implacable foes of the American way of life and each despised America! Each was virulently against everything America represents! Each spewed out its anti-American invectives! Each promised America's ultimate destruction! Yet, each had a hand outstretched for more and more American dollars. And the United States continued this thankless giving through its unbelievable International Welfare Program! Here are a few of the banking institutions that have been insidiously giving aid and comfort to Communist countries. The bank doing the most business with the Reds was Citicorp. It was followed by Morgan Guaranty Trust, Chase Manhattan, and Hanover Trust. Others who play the Help-the-Communists-Welfare-Game are: Detroit's City National; First National of Memphis; Hartford National; Indiana National; Industrial National of Providence; Republic National in Dallas; and Union Commerce in Cleveland. It's fairly well known that Communist spies under the direction of Moscow penetrated and achieved positions of great responsibility in our government during Franklin Roosevelt's terms. Not so well known is the important part Harry Dexter White, Virginius Frank Coe and other Kremlin moles played in developing and then running the Bankrupt-America-Financial-Giveaway-Scheme. Since 1946, the United States has given over a billion dollars in financial aid to Communist Occupied Russia. America also saved the Soviet Union's hide in World War II when the Reds were funneled an almost unending incredible $11 to $12 billion in Lend Lease. It was all given to help save the Russian police state from Stalin's former Nazi friends! For example, the Russians were sent the plates, paper and ink for making occupation currency in Berlin. The Reds in turn used this to print up untold billions of dollars in occupation money which they redeemed for U.S. dollars! How was America's generosity repaid? The Soviets perfected a method of "How-to-rip-off-America-and-get-away-with-it."
