The Bettyskitchen Collection

"The Bettyskitchen Collection: Second Edition" is a compilation of the first four years' worth of recipes that Betty has posted to her bettyskitchen channel on YouTube. It includes all of the recipes found in the first "The Bettyskitchen Collection" cookbook PLUS the additional 179 recipes made in the year since it was produced--for a grand total of over 1,000 recipes. This cookbook includes recipes for a variety of foods, including appetizers, drinks, salads, entrees, side dishes, breakfasts, and desserts. Many of these recipes are family recipes. Her cooking is mainly Southern, homestyle food. Betty also provides recipes that are exotic and chic enough for today’s most discriminating tastes. Throughout her first four years on YouTube, Betty has amassed over 1,300 video uploads, over 68,000 subscribers to her channel, and over 26 million video views. These numbers have far surpassed anything she ever imagined. All of the recipes in this cookbook are demonstrated by Betty on the bettyskitchen channel on YouTube.
