For more than twenty years I have been involved in the automotive world and during that time I have met hundreds, if not thousands, of people. The majority of these people were not tech savvy, at least not about an automobile, and that’s okay because none of us can know everything about everything. Even though they did not understand all the intricacies of how their vehicle operated, they still wanted someone to explain things to them in such a way that they could at least get a basic understanding. That, my friends, is the purpose of this book. It won't teach you to repair your own car, but it will certainly help you to better communicate with those servicing your vehicle as well as help you understand how the different systems operate.
