The Secret World of Crepitation: "Well, Blow Me Down"

One Sunday our grandchildren came to see us. We live in the country and they live about an hour away. They brought with them a disgusting mixture of glue and starch, combined somehow to resemble slime. They carried it in a plastic glass. Surprisingly, when their little fingers would push down into the glop at the bottom of the glass, interesting sounds would be expelled, as trapped gas in the mixture escaped. The more they practiced, the more skilled they became at simulating sounds of body functions. Needles to say, when our eyes made contact, we burst into laughter. It was a fun day. So we have taken the experiences of that historically fun day with the grandchildren, and have expanded on the concept visually, disgustingly and every way feasible to produce a manuscript that will be entertaining to everyone with an open mind.
