John Vaccaro has it all: a beautiful wife, two handsome sons, and a home in the San Luis Hills with a view of Catalina and city lights. But he’s also caught up in a loveless affair with a narcissistic and duplicitous woman, is tangling with her eccentric, millionaire husband, and has made himself an unwitting ally of an ex-LAPD detective who consults on the art and science of murder, a man with own agenda and reasons to see each of them dead.
