Today is a New Day

Today is a New Day is a compilation of daily thoughts with the intent of stimulating thought and provoking creative writing about the journey of the day. I have been journaling nightly for over 7 years and have found it to be an extraordinarily fulfilling and enjoyable exercise. It began as a part of my program of recovery from alcoholism and has enhanced my life in a multitude of ways. This writing provides time for me to reflect on my day, to record events, feelings and emotions that are fresh in my mind, as well as, providing a way for me to grow spiritually. My hope in compiling this, and my other journals, is that someone else might find the same satisfaction and enjoyment in writing that I have. Good luck in your journey…
