Dual Diagnosis: Evaluation, Treatment, Training, and Program Development

This book grew out of a project to improve evaluation and treatment of dual diagnosis patients at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. Based on such practical experience, the clinical information and case studies presented here will enable clinicians, teachers, and researchers to enhance services for this grossly underserved population.
