Marine Corps Flying Hour Program (FHP) Management

The purpose of this publication is to plan, execute, and manage an annual Marine Corps FHP for Active Component and Reserve Component deployable and non-deployable squadrons that provides combat capable units and operational support to Marine Air Ground Task Force and joint force commanders.
