The Fresno Rim: and other day hikes in the Big Bend Ranch State Park (Big Bend Ranch State Park Hiking Series)

This guide provides a dozen day hikes in the Bofecillos uplands of the Big Bend Ranch State Park in West Texas. Each of these hikes is accessible from the Main Park Road which, although a gravel road, is passable by a regular two wheel drive highway vehicle. After a short distance on the trail, you can enjoy the remote backcountry beauty of this fabulous state park. Primitive campsites are located adjacent to the Main Park Road, or accommodations are available at La Sauceda headquarters for those who prefer not to camp.
