Most of us would conclude that such a strategy for physical health is not only foolish but dangerous. And yet that's how many of us view our walk with the Lord. We tend to depend on a few conferences, retreats, seminars etc. spaced throughout the year for the spiritual nourishment necessary to cultivate a growing and thriving walk with the Lord.
