Idiah is based on the story of the ancient Benin kingdom of Nigeria upto the period of the infamous invasion of the kingdom in1897 by some British armed men killing and stealing everything including the famous Benin relic (one of the wonders from Africa)which is still in the custody of the British museums for monuments and antiquities in London
