Marine Corps Systems Command

The purpose of this order is to authorize the establishment of the Marine Corps Systems Command, to establish the duties and responsibilities between the Marcosyscom, the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, the Commandant of the Marine Corps , and the Commander Marine Corps Logistics Bases for research, development, acquisition, and life cycle management matters.
