The Anger Train

The Anger Train is a children's book including practical strategies to help children deal with anger and self-regulation issues. The book is for young children from the ages of 3-7 years of age and their parents, teachers. Practical strategies are woven into the story and additional recommendations are added at the end of the book. An anger, self-regulation game is also included.
