Eradicating Poverty in America: 113th Congressional Poverty Rating Guide

America has a moral responsibility to eradicate poverty. We believe this Poverty Rating Guide will help to hold our government accountable to the 49.7 million Americans, 16% of our population, now living below the poverty line. The Poverty Rating Guide is based on a ten point evaluation rating system based on public congressional information. Each Senator receives a grade from "A" to "F" on their work on eradicating poverty in America.
