In this era of non-stop information flow, many of us are deluged with so much information that we hardly have time to take it all in much less subject it to even cursory evaluation. Much of this information seems to be important to us, recommending a laundry list of behaviors, diets and products that promise to enhance our health or other aspects of life in various ways. We often encounter conflicting opinions regarding what is good for us. Is a cup of morning coffee beneficial or harmful? What about an occasional glass of wine?
