Tears of God

Within the dark of the night a young woman vanishes on her own accord. Fleeing from the monsters of her past and the demon that has become herself, the eighteen year old knows she doesn't have the luxury to stay. The demon her father has barbarically torn apart all she tried to create. He has soiled the perfection of the family. His hands have tainted the young woman's soul. He has mutilated the mind of an angel. This angel, this young woman limps away as her tears join those from Heaven. What lies behind her emerald eyes has begun to die. Within this dark night the tears of God can no longer wash away the darkness of her sins. They can simply share the anguish of her breaking smile.
