Dream Rambler offers an innovative and refreshing glimpse into the minds of the fabulous Writopia Lab DC writers in grades five and six. Their stories of hope, humor, and heartbreak bridge the gap between fantasy and reality, and open readers’ eyes to a new world where every word counts, and every young voice matters. Each writer’s passion for telling stories demonstrates an impressive level of maturity. Their entertaining, contemplative, and zany prose reveal these young people's identities as strong authors and remarkable individuals. This book was designed and edited by interns at Writopia Lab DC; they, along with Writopia’s fantastic instructors, were privileged to work one-on-one with many of the young authors during workshops.
