Hunter Fairchild left his hometown of Madison twenty years ago and vowed to never return. An accomplished surgeon, he has left the bitter memories of the town and its nightmarish history far behind him. But when the small town of Madison is terrorized by an unknown horror that dwells in the surrounding forest, he is mysteriously drawn back and forced to face the truth. Hunter and three unlikely friends from his past reunite to embark on a journey that will plunge deep within their souls and bring their greatest fears to light.
