Making Every Moment Count

This book was inspired from the many moments in my life that reshaped how I view and embraced those moments. There are times in life we take for granted the people, pets, places, and things that are a part of our immediate circle. Yet, if we paused to reflect on the moment, we would realize that at the snap of a finger, blink of an eye, a telephone call, or the breaking news, your moments in life have come to a screeching halt. It is at that moment when you feel like your life is shattered and there are no answers, you recognize you need something or someone to hold on to. Moments can be of a celebratory nature. Happy times of a marriage, graduation, birth, new home, and promotion. But, how do we capture the painful moments. Your moment will make you ask yourself questions about what could you have done to stop your moment that you are experiencing. Your moment will take you on an emotional roller coaster. Your moments will make you sad, depressed, and angry and at times non-responsive to others questions and concerns about your moment. This book is written to help you turn those unexpected painful moments and joyous moments into moments you value in a loving, passionate, constructive and positive way. It is a compilation of short stories of moments and how those moments whether good or bad, positive or negative can help you to transform your moments into something beautiful and lasting.
