New Paris, Ohio has a problem. Its teenage girls are starting to disappear. Panic and paranoia have descended on the small community, and its residents are on edge. Two high school seniors, Garrett and Luke, seek refuge from it all by doing some fishing at a nearby lake. But, when their boat breaks down in a remote area, they are forced to seek refuge of a different sort. With a storm rolling in, they set out on a deserted back road in search of shelter.
