The Compass Student Literary Magazine: Volume 2 Issue 2

The Compass Magazine publishes poetry, fiction, non-fiction, literary criticism, visual arts, and mixed-media works from middle and high school students (as well as their instructors). We seek work that experiments with traditional forms in an effort to make meaning of the 21st century culture that will shape their adult lives. Volume 2 Issue 2: The Coming of Age Issue Spring literature studies at Paramount Bard Academy centered around the idea of cultural and individual maturity. Students endeavored to define it as an achievable state, and analyzed the struggles one must overcome to achieve it.
