Grandmothers of Faith: Grandma, Granny, Mimi, Nana

Every day grandmothers do extraordinary things on that special journey with their grandchildren, leaving legacies that will affect those they love for years to come. There are no “rules.” Sometimes it’s just being there. It’s loving unconditionally. It’s being non-judgmental. It’s mirroring a faith in God. Inside are true stories of grandmothers who have gone the extra mile. Everyday issues of communication and dealing with conflict are also addressed from grandmothers' perspectives. A Conversation With Lois Workshop format is included that provides a way for grandmothers to share experiences and build relationships. It is a welcome addition to women's ministry programs.
