My Toy Soldiers & Me (1952 - 2013)

This is the paperback version of a kindle edition, it is exactly the same text. In 2008 I wrote a book in Spanish titled EL HOBBY DE LOS SOLDADOS EN MINIATURA... since then a lot of things happened and I decide to publish an English version updated and more complete (less the pictures of the original edition of 2008). The little book explains how since very young I collected and played games with little soldiers (lead, rubber, plastic, aluminium...)... in the fifties I did not even knew I was "wargaming" (in fact I still doubt so... emphasis on "game" is more appropriate)... would probably could have titled it TOY SOLDIERS FOR DUMMIES... but I do not think potential readers are "dummies" at all. Guess it is possible to learn from the mistakes I made on this long period... and also know the fun I got from the hobby!... I am actually heavily involved in customizing Playmobils' (once I learned how to dismantle them!... some methods are useful... better check internet etc) Hope someone enjoy!
