Cat Burglar in Soho

Sebastian is a detective with a difference - he can see all, hear all, and yet remain unobserved. With his friend, Jackson, he is tracking down a group of ruthless criminals. The Agency is baffled - unexplained violence is breaking out all over the country, normally peaceable people are exploding into rioting, without any cause. It seems a criminal gang is behind this, but how? and why? Agent Sebastian is called in to work on the case and recruits Jackson to help him.
