Quirky People You May Have Met: a short story collection

This is a short story collection from Gary Nelson, who published his debut novel "The Prophetess of Islam" in March 2013. These short stories detail (often with wry humor) how love, new adventures, fear of the unknown, suspicion, acceptance, lingering hatred, age differences, rebirth of the soul, and even crossed signals either trap us in or free us from the challenges we are confronted with in daily life involving lovers, family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and strangers. Many of the slightly off-kilter characters that populate these stories could be termed "Seinfeldian," for fans of that groundbreaking sit-com.
