FACING MY TRUTH: The Journey To An Incredible Life

Have you ever asked yourself the question, “Why does my life suck?" On the other hand, maybe something more like, “Why does everything in life have to be so hard? Why is everyone against me?" How about this, maybe it is a comment such as, “I hate my life (work) because so and so did …” and on we go sharing all the injustices that have influenced our lives. This can be anything from the way we were raised, to our sibling. It can be from school, being bullied or any other number of things. Everything that is wrong is your life is because of what someone did (or did not) do to you. Does any of that sound familiar? Yeah, it did for me as well. I have had challenges in my life just like everyone else. And for many years I let all of the bad things, all of the negativity of my experiences control my life. I blamed everyone else for how miserable I was at home, at work, and in life as a whole. Then one day everything seemed to be crumbling around me including my relationship, work, and my health. In that moment, I broke down and asked myself some very hard questions. It was in this moment that I changed my life. I regained control of it, of my emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. I went from blaming everyone else to accepting my part and looking at events in a different light. I changed my view from being negative and pessimistic to being positive and optimistic. This book is about my journey, how I found my way from the dark and sadness that was my life to the beauty and happiness that surrounds me today. It is the story I share with family, friends, and co-workers who are struggling to find hope and passion in their lives. It is the philosophy by which I now live my life, treasuring every moment and experience that comes my way. I changed my life, and between these covers I share how so you can too. Happy living!
