In the not so far future, disasters have destroyed the world we live in today and are replaced by re-animated versions of the cities called Platform Cities. The cities are peaceful and much more advanced than today's society. Unlike the other cities, New Los Angeles is in the brink of ruin and rebellion that seems to damage its reputation. Unbeknownst to the inhabitants is the revival of a secret military experiment that created the havoc - yet the fate of New Los Angeles is to be discovered.
