How it is by design that the citizens of the world are drugged, polluted, plus left unprotected, subject to death and disease. While presenting facts he never loses touch with his own plight and the long painful road he has traveled to bring him to where he is today. Each suggestion he makes to the reader he has put to the test. Each victory he shares while never hiding his pain as he opens himself up to the reader to share and grow together. He speaks often of the body’s rhythm. The essence of one’s spirit, which needs first to be understood, next to be heard, then given every chance to grow and soar. The personal journey intertwined with discovery and growth makes the rhythm of life an engaging story as well as a road map to better health. You feel you are with the author as he takes you by the hand and guides you, shows you a glimpse into the world he lived in, plus presents a better tomorrow. I would best describe the feeling I came away with upon the completion of this book in one word, and it’s all I can ever ask at any conclusion. Even while reading of the dangers of the world today and allowing a glimpse inside the failings of society still the author arose. For each dark turn he would eventually find the light. Yes the word I would describe found me and it is sure to find you as well. This shows that regardless of the perils faced, regardless of how life may grasp at your throat, if you believe and you persevere, if your mind can expand and grow, if hatred is never allowed to catch you in its grip, you will always have it and never lose it. That word is hope.
