Don Juan

Byron's most famous poem is Don Juan, an epic poem about a heroic man who ignores his society's own norms and mores and lives above the rest of society and the law. Naturally, Don Juan is a beloved hero in English literature, and a perfect character for Byron, who fancied himself a kind of Don Juan who traveled around and did what he wanted.
