Double, doppio

Double, doppio is a collection of short stories written by Antonio Chisari. Eleven stories, written in "double" version (English and Italian), about everyday difficulties and hidden feelings, outlining the struggles of a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde personality. Stories that portray the fine line between dream and reality, between what we see and what we think we have seen. Double is the relationship with the other: with a woman, a father, or with an office colleague. Double is the encounter: with the freak, with the loneliness, with destiny. Double is the meaning of all our actions, in a vain attempt to escape from ourselves. Double, doppio è una raccolta di racconti scritta da Antonio Chisari.
