Business process outsourcing is a contract between Organizations and their outsourced partners. The outsourced partners take care of the organization’s requirements in different fields. Some outsourced partners take care of their back end works. The Business process outsourcing came to India in 1990s. Initially Data entry and Call center works were offered to BPOs in India. Giant Technology parks were established across India in 1990s.
