Talking animals were cute as long as they were animated characters of movies. But when it overflowed into reality it became a problem. The strange talking dog phenomenon was spreading across the globe and it was Tikkun Olam’s new child psychiatrist, Dr. Jesse Logan’s job to figure out the truth. Was it overactive imaginations or a genuine sixth sense? Most of the students who claimed to talk with their pet dog did show evidence of limited communication using one word visual impressions. But Billy and his dog Stimpy were different. They were unlike any other subjects Jesse had ever tested. He wanted to know their secret and so did the CIA.
