Jackson Nash lives somewhat a normal life in the small town of Peach Grove, Georgia until the night of his thirteenth birthday. Ancient visitors reveal to Jackson that he is a descendant of an ageless African tribe, the Asutu. Believed to be a myth, the Asutu was responsible for maintaining the balance between mankind and nature. This revelation sends Jackson on a journey of self-discovery as the world of his ancestors collides with his present. An unexpected arrival from his aunt, Chrystal, helps him muddle through his dual identity.
