The Song Book

This is a work of fiction. This story takes place in the early years of nineteen hundred, in a valley in Arkansas, at the foothills of the Ozarks. The place and time were comfortable. People had time to visit on their front porches and to lend a helping hand to a neighbor in need. Grandpas and grandmas had important time with their grandchildren, telling them their memories of other days. God-given time was used wisely.
