A rash of bank heists taking place on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States has plagued law enforcement authorities for years. FBI Special Agent Veronica Baldwin, newly-assigned to the case, notices a striking common thread among all the robberies—each eyewitness sees a different person committing the crimes. Evidence links the prior Mirror Man and Healer investigations, and her evil nemesis, Hesam, has emerged from hiding and is pursuing the prime suspect. Agent Baldwin teams up with NYPD Homicide Detective Andrew Thomas in an attempt to apprehend the elusive quarry. NYPD, FBI, and INTERPOL investigations merge to forge a dramatic conclusion to the trilogy while Veronica and Andy find themselves embarking on the road to self-destruction. How far they will go to foil the plans of a maniacal killer bent on revenge?
