Eminent Domain Violated in Rhode Island: The Big River Reservoir Project

Will this be the final chapter for 239 families who had their land taken by "eminent domain" over 50 years ago for a reservoir that will never be built. This land currently sits in 'open space" and restricted for most public use and continues to be held by greedy public officials and politicians for some unknown future unrelated use.
