Competition Law in Korea

The main purpose of the book is to broadly discuss the basic rules and procedures about Korea’s Competition Law that has rapidly developed during the past 30 years through various regulations and acts. A large portion of book is dedicated to introduce and explain basic concepts and contents of such statues and related rules and guidelines. Thus, most prospective readers of this book are expected to be foreign legal advisers, foreign lawyers, staffs, students, or business persons who have been involved in businesses and related competition law issues. The main goal of this book is to serve as a useful guideline for those in need of basic knowledge of Korean Competition Law and procedures who do not have Korean language ability.
