As a coping mechanism after severe childhood trauma, Ken developed 5 strong female and 5 strong male multiple personalities. He eventually would become a strong male athlete in order to fend for himself and his threatened manhood. The outcome was an eventual take-over by the girl personalities. This led to his transition from male to female and the resulting story of that lifelong struggle. He/She shares his/her unique lessons learned along the way from living in both the man and the woman's world.
