Learning Management System Efficiency vs. Staff Proficiency (Needs Analysis and Research in Jamaica) (Volume 1)

Companies needlessly spend millions of dollars on initiatives to resolve productivity issues within their organisation. Often times the solutions implemented compound the problem and doesn’t resolve their core issues. In order to prevent such occurrences, it is necessary to conduct a Needs Assessment or Needs Analysis. This method allows a professional to analyse and identify the actual needs or gaps which may exist in an organisation. The process will present findings which will establish the gaps and recommendations can be made on how to fix these gaps. An organised or efficient approach will always garner greater benefits than an ill-prepared method. In this book, we will utilize this method to conduct an “appraisal of staff proficiency with the Learning Management System and the impact on student satisfaction and attrition levels.” This will be conducted within an anonymous tertiary institution with well over 450 students.
