Sylas Wallis Forsthy is a lowly cog in the One World Order system governing the world. Even thou he passed every test to graduate to the lowest rung of the governing class he too has a death chip in his left hand. He monitors the computer systems watching every persons activity on the world wide web. He searches web sites looking for people that are dissatisfied with their life. Mostly thou he reads old novels and books that depict other world fantasy. That is until he finds supposed lost historic files of the One World Orders take over of the world!.
