Personality Theory

It is the influence of personality characteristics affecting our social and occupational choices. The development of personality characteristics occurs not during one but each developmental stage of the lifespan. The greatest focus among the book centers on Gordon Allport and Erich Fromm and his humanistic psychoanalysis.
